Our legacy is this new family-owned business. Andrea is a licensed cosmetologist with more than fifteen years in client care. Scott leads hospitality operations. We both practice hot and cold therapy and care deeply about a welcoming, polished experience from hello to cold plunge.

Step inside and feel your shoulders drop. Warm wood and gentle light invite you to slow down and breathe. The ritual is simple: heat and cold, light and rest, moved through at your own pace. We keep the space quiet, kind, and gentle, so you can reconnect, feel cared for, and walk out clear and restored.

What to expect
Check-in
Change into swimwear. Robes and towels are provided.
Get cozy
Warm up in the sauna. Add steam with the ladle if you like
Rinse
Use the rinsing shower area to rinse before getting into the plunges
Cool off
Cold plunge for one to three minutes. Breathe slow and steady.
Warm up
Warm plunge for one to three minutes.
Rest
Towel off and reset. Lounge by our Red Light wall for cellular benefits.
Repeat
Rotate the sauna and cold cycle 2-3x. Add red light at any point between rounds.
Hydrate
Stop at our water station and take your time heading out.

We are a dedicated sauna and cold plunge studio in Melissa, TX focused on the art and science of hot and cold contrast therapy. Each session includes access to sauna, cold plunge, red light, and the hot tub.
Sessions are 60 minutes. Move at your own pace through the sauna, cold plunge, red light, and the hot tub. We provide robes and towels.
Reserve sessions up to two weeks in advance. Walk-ins are welcome when space allows. Booking ahead is recommended during busy times.
Swimwear is best. Bring a water bottle if you like. We provide robes and towels. Avoid alcohol before your visit and arrive well hydrated.
Most members visit one to five times each week. Start gently, listen to your body, and aim for consistency rather than intensity.
If you are pregnant or have heart, blood pressure, or other medical concerns, talk with your healthcare provider before starting hot and cold therapy. If anything feels off, stop and let us know.
Yes! Guest passes are $25. One guest may join you per session when you are present. For private suite visits, an additional guest may require a guest pass.
